City of Rio Rancho Master Plan Approval  

The City of Rio Rancho adopted Resolution No. 45 approving
the Arrowhead East Master Plan in June 2024. The approved master plan
identifies Arrowhead East as an approximately 80.7-acre master-planned
development located east of NM Highway 528 and south of the Arroyo de los
Montoyas.

According to the master plan, the development is intended to
include a mix of commercial/mixed-use, mixed residential, single-family
residential, and open space areas. Future details such as builder names, home
pricing, lot releases, and floor plans may be added as development moves
forward and public information becomes available.

Current Development Status

Arrowhead East is in the early development and site preparation stage. Mass grading and site work have been reported as part of the preparation for future infrastructure and vertical construction.
